Mrs. Cecil oversees the BTW Language Lab. She is an instrumental part of the BTW World Language team. She speaks both French and Spanish. She has also traveled with BTW students to Russia.
Mrs. Cecil is a graduate of Tulsa's Edison High School. She attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, where she earned a teaching degree.
