Rolanda Watkins is the 2025-2026 Booker T. Washington High School Support Professional of the Year!
Rolanda joined Team Tulsa in 1987. She worked at Hawthorne for nineteen years and Springdale for eleven years before joining the team at Booker T. nine years ago, where she works as the principal's administrative assistant.
"Working in an arena with students gives you purpose – to help students see their greatness and prepare for a great future," said Rolanda.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three grandkids and living each day to the fullest.
